PAYMENT TERMS:
Upon acceptance of quote        | $700 per person non-refundable deposit
60 days prior to arrival in Israel | Full remaining balance
30 days after the tour ends       | Full amount for extras incurred during the tour

Includes

• 8 nights of hotel accommodation
• Meals
• Daily buffet breakfast at hotels
• 5 lunches, per the itinerary
• 7 dinners, per the itinerary
• Entrance fees per the itinerary.
• Bar Hopping April 28, 2024
• Optional - Gallery and art tour by Haaretz April 31, 2024 – no extra cost
• One guest for every meal.
• 7 days of privately guided touring and activities with an English-speaking, government certified tour educator March 25-31, 2024.
• 8 days of transportation in a private vehicle, with water on board and Wi-Fi (as available) March 24 – 31, 2024
• Airport assistance and transfer to the hotel from and to the airport
• One group arrival transfer per bus from Ben Gurion airport to the Jerusalem hotel.
• Personal tour operator who will manage logistics throughout the trip.
• Field Coordinator assistance during check-in and out of the hotels.

• International or domestic airfare
• Gratuities
• Recommendations for guide: $10-14 USD per person per day of touring.
• Recommendations for driver: $7-9 USD per person per day of touring.
• Speaker fees.
• All Haaretz newspaper expenses related to the trip and not listed here
• Travel and medical insurance.
• Room upgrades or “extras” at hotels.
• Services of a security guard and/or medic.
• Meals not specified above.
• Alcoholic beverages during meals, unless specified above.
• No more than one guest is included in the group cost
• Personal expenses and/or spa treatments
• Expenses related to Covid (PCR or other tests, costs to quarantine, medical visits, etc.)
